I designed and facilitated the meetings of the „Round Table“ of the Evangelical Methodist Church in Central and Southern Europe since January 2022. All discussions were held bilingually in English and German. The process thrived on intensive collaboration with the two roundtable chairs and on proven methods for building trust and finding solutions. In the Central Conference of the Evangelical Methodist Church in Central and Southern Europe in mid-November in Basel, the results were confirmed by a large majority.
